**What we're looking for**:

- **Machine Operation Skills**:Competence in machine printing and plotting.
- **Sign Making Expertise**:Proficiency in sign making techniques and installation.
- **Production Competence**:Proficiency in vinyl production, print finishing, and manufacturing.
- **Team Player**:Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and take initiative when necessary.
- **Detail-Oriented**:Skill in reading job sheets, following instructions, and taking proactive measures.
- **Software Proficiency**:General knowledge of design and print software.
- **Hand Tools & Machinery**:Comfortable working with hand tools and light machinery.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to quickly adapt and think on your feet.
- **Positive Attitude**:A positive attitude and pride in your work.
- **Driver's Licence**:Clean UK driving license, held for over 5 years.
- **Eligibility**:Eligibility to work in the UK.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Mastery**:Operate, clean, and maintain cutting-edge print and plotter machines, ensuring seamless functionality
- **Artisan Sign Crafting**:Immerse yourself in the art of sign making and bench production, showcasing your expertise in weeding and laminating
- **Innovative Fabrication**:Contribute to the fabrication of signage, including hands-on experience in LED manufacturing and soldering
- **Event Elegance**:Play a vital role in sign fitting and event installations, adding your creative touch to high-profile spaces
- **Quality Guardian**:Conduct meticulous quality checks on finished work, ensuring excellence in every detail
