**About The Role**

**Job Summary**:
As a Breakfast Assistant at Lough Erne Resort, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our hotel and wedding guests. You will ensure that our guests start their day on the right note by delivering impeccable service during breakfast service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the setup, service, and maintenance of the breakfast dining area, while also attending to guest needs and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Note: Hours for this position typically range between 6am and 3pm._

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Table Service**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take accurate orders, offering menu recommendations as needed.
- Ensure timely setting and clearing of tables.

2. **Guest Engagement**:

- Actively engage with guests, addressing questions and special requests.
- Attend to guest concerns or dietary requirements courteously and professionally.
- Ensure guests have a pleasant and fulfilling breakfast experience.

3. **Setup and Maintenance**:

- Assist in setting up the breakfast buffet and dining area.
- Monitor and replenish buffet items as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.

4. **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth service.
- Maintain effective communication with the Restaurant Manager and team.
- Assist in training new team members as necessary.

5. **Hygiene and Safety**:

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations diligently.
- Maintain personal hygiene and a tidy appearance.

6. **Guest Feedback**:

- Gather feedback from guests and address concerns promptly.
- Strive for continuous improvement in service quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Availability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
