An opportunity has arisen within the Wipak UK. We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator preferably with a FLT and/or Reach License. If needed, licenses can be issued on site following an internal training course.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor warehouse stock control and report findings to relevant departments/personnel
- Organising domestic and international transport including preparing the necessary paperwork for customs
- Check and maintain warehouse records including housekeeping checks in WMS
- Work within Wipak WMS to process goods in/out, returns, subcontracting and picking
- Liaise with third party logistics partner and external hauliers
- Picking customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Carry out stock investigations
- Maintain a high level of communication with various internal departments
- Produce weekly and monthly reports
- Any other reasonable management requests

**Additional Duties**
- Attend daily meetings as required
- Driving forklift lift truck as required
- Covering other warehouse admin staff

**Characteristics and Requirements**
- Safety focussed
- Preferably experience within a warehouse environment supplying a 24 hour production department
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and external partners
- High attention to detail and accuracy

**Qualifications**
- FLT / Reach license and experience preferred (training can be provided)

In addition to the main role, any employee is expected to be flexible with regards to other reasonable tasks that may be requested from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,108.00 per year
