**Location**: Waters Edge, Clarendon Dock, Belfast BT1 3BH

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours)

**The role **

The main focus of this exciting and challenging role is to manage the Provisioning and delivery of customer orders for Fixed Line, Broadband & IP Phone Systems which is essential for the continued success of our rapidly growing Telecoms Solution.

**What will you be doing as a Provisioning Executive?**
- Ensuring all orders are kept fully updated with accurate notes on our CRM system
- Accurate and timely processing of customer orders in line with our own SLAs and customer requirements
- Efficiently monitor and self-manage work flows internally and with third parties
- Liaise with carriers, networks and suppliers to ensure any delays or issues are quickly identified and resolved

- A good team player & can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving
