An opportunity has arisen with XPO Transport Solutions UK Ltd as Finance and Admin Assistant to work as part of the Finance team based at XPO Transport Solutions KeyPL site in Scunthorpe. Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600

Reporting to the Finance and Admin Team Leader this role will play a key part on the support services on the KeyPL contract and provide an efficient finance and administration function to the Platform Team.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Data input and retrieval
- Production of weekly invoices
- Reconciliation of self-bill invoices to weekly costings
- CMR/POD Requesting and reconciling
- Reconciliation of customer invoices to agreed charges for sales invoicing
- Compilation of revenue and backing information
- Communicate with various internal and external departments
- Production of weekly financial costings
- Contribute to the production of KPI reporting
- Raising of Purchase Orders

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- Desirable knowledge of an Admin role but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent organisation skills, meeting deadlines is essential
- Individual must be able to work on their own initiative but also work as part of a team
