**About the role**

As the Customer and Digital Experience Officer, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between people, processes, and technology to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. You will be the "go-to" person for all things customer relationship management, from setting up new users to training and supporting our customer service advisors. You will also be responsible for monitoring and identifying improvements to the performance of our website and online services.
