Along with The Games Room Company we own Rock-Ola in California, the only American jukebox manufacturer still making jukeboxes since 1927.

The Senior Customer Service Advisor is a vital member of the team, proactively managing effective communications to our customers and working closely with the Sales team to create a seamless and positive Customer experience, enhancing our reputation, and delivering on our mission to be Purveyors of Joy.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create CRM and Comms strategy to manage the Customer Service response to all customers following Sales through to Installation focussing on proactive management of customer enquiries and effective response to Customer complaints
- Lead Customer Service Comms for both The Games Room Company in the UK and Rock-Ola in the US, scheduling effectively across time zones
- Support and manage Customer Service Administrator to ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations and Aftersales teams to deliver seamless response to Customers
- Support the CEO and MD
- Establish effective CRM system
- Take responsibility for the Customer Service response to customers on social media, where appropriate
- Manage Customer review platforms such as Trustpilot and Google
- Drive Customer Satisfaction through the provision of a high standard of personalised customer service

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar

**Experience, Skills and Knowledge**
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer facing role essential
- Strong numeracy, literary and MS office skills
- Motivated and a Self-Starter
- Confident to step in to difficult conversations
- Able to work individually and effectively as part of a fast paced team
- Able to work effectively under pressure while focussing on customer experience and delivering a premium service

**Additional Information**
- This role is office based, located at The Games Room Company, Hamm Moor Ln, Addlestone, Weybridge KT15 2SD
- This is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week over 5 days. Hours to be staggered and agreed in advance to enable effective coverage of the US customer service requirement, eg 11.00am - 7.30pm
- Additional hours may be required from time to time and agreed in advance
- There may be the opportunity to work from home on certain days agreed in advance
- There may be a requirement occasionally to work overseas for short periods of time in California, USA
- Salary dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £36,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
