**Job Introduction**:
Here at Colas, we are hiring for someone to the join the team as Business Support for the Facilities Management team for Area 9 based at the Coleshill depot. Reporting to the FM manager, you will produce data and analytical reports to support the operational delivery of the Area 9 Contract including recording and monitoring reporting of all key performance indicators. You will provide administrative support to the FM operational teams including meetings and investigations.

**Main Responsibility**:
Within this role, you will provide administrative support, organise meetings and coordinate calendars and appointments to operations teams. You will also provide departmental support in preparation of; monthly reports, business plans, presentations & ad hoc requested reports. You will be responsible for writing and issuing minutes and ongoing action logs for any senior management team meetings. You will support purchasing and planning to ensure effective stock management and liaising with suppliers, ordering parts in the most cost-effective way in line with engineering requirements and challenging discrepancies. You will provide administrative support with all related on-boarding of new starters, H&S, Training and HR departmental reports and records. You will be required to carry out other appropriate duties as assigned by line manager. Ensure that all FM operations carried out within area of responsibility are undertaken with full regard for safety of visitors, other members of staff and yourself.
