**Position Overview**: We seek a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented E-commerce and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on helping to maintain and grow our e-commerce platform, optimising product listings, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage and update product listings on our Magento 2 e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all entries.
- Utilise Magento 2 functionalities to create and manage product attributes, categories, and promotions, maintaining a well-organised and user-friendly browsing experience for customers.
- Implementing upsells and strategically selecting key related products to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
- Researching and sourcing relevant information online to support product descriptions and marketing campaigns.
- Crafting compelling copy tailored to different user demographics and levels of expertise.
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail to uphold our brand standards and ensure accuracy in all content.
- Regularly review and update product descriptions, images, and other relevant details to optimise visibility and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to coordinate product launches, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- An understanding and interest in photography and videography is highly desired due to the nature of the products we sell and the industry within which we work.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Prior use of Adobe Photoshop, Magento, and WordPress is beneficial but not essential.
- Prior experience within e-commerce and/or digital marketing is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.

**Additional Opportunities within the Marketing Team**:

- Participate in product training days to gain in-depth knowledge of our product range and industry trends, enabling you to provide informed assistance to customers and contribute valuable insights to marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation initiatives, including both in-front-of and behind-the-camera tasks such as product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional videos.
- Assist with managing social media channels, including content scheduling, engagement with followers, and monitoring of analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
