We’re working with Salesfire as they look for an experienced Partnerships Director to join their senior 60team in order to grow the product offering into 2023 and beyond.

The Opportunity:

- Managing thepartnerships function, achieving growth, and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets.
- Identify, create, and scale customer acquisition campaigns across several new and established partnerships pipelines.
- Identifying emerging opportunities and industry shifts while being fully aware of new products and state of competition.
- Agree the forecasts and annual sales targets for regions and project expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for each key partnership and their respective manager; projecting expected sales volume and profit.
- Strong experience in managing, coaching and leading a team of Partnership Managers and Partnership Executives.
- Experience within digital marketing, B2B and B2C eCommerce.
- An analytical approach in leveraging data to quickly and effectively help make business critical decisions.
- Commercially aware and confident in providing accurate forecasting to the rest of the senior team.
- Experienced in establishing products internationally and scaling teams in order to support this.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and completely comfortable in engaging with stakeholders across the business.
