The Saddle Bank is pleased to announce we have a vacancy opening for a Saddle Assistant/customer service assistant.
Flexible hours for the right person.
Monday-Friday.
From 8am until 5pm (Happy to flex the hours for the right person)
As a Saddle Assistant/Customer service assistant your role will be varied and will need to cover the needs of the business and could include;
- Picking and Packing saddles and accessory orders.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and saddle enquires over the phone.
- Ensuring saddles are clean and up to standard before dispatch.
- Maintaining the inbox to ensure all customers are responded to in a timely a prompt manner.
- Running final inspections on saddles before dispatch.
- Liasing with our courier to ensure all parcels reach their destination as well as dealing with any issues that may arise.
- Unboxing incoming deliveries.
- Checking in stock against delivery notes.
- Preparing saddles for the website; cleaning, photographing, reporting on stock.
- Adding saddles to the system and website.
- Ensuring warehouse and downstairs work areas are kept clean and clear.
- Preparing boxes and organising packaging.
- Reordering packaging supplies, saddle cleaning products.
- Warehouse stock checks and inventory management.
- Admin/customer service tasks and ensuring all orders are dispatched.

This role is based from The Saddle Bank HQ in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. You must be able to get yourself to and from the job.
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
