** Sales Representatives** to join a busy team within a large agricultural parts division, providing services throughout
**Cumbria and Lancashire.**
Playing a key role within the business, this role will involve working alongside the busy workshop to assist with their work, whilst also serving and supporting new and regular over-the-counter customers.
A fun culture within a great team of like minded individuals, ensuring quality service and support is delivered.

**Job Role**:

- Building strong relationships with customers, both face to face and over the telephone, asking questions to understand their requirements.
- Quoting prices and availability of stock.
- Stock Management.
- Checking all parts and accessories are in good order on receipt from suppliers.
- Ensuring all parts and accessories are correctly stored and located and appropriate housekeeping standards are met.
- Experience in a parts / retail department would be of an advantage
- Experience within the agricultural, construction or groundcare/lawncare sectors would be desirable
- Enjoys working with people and deliver strong customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Good computer skills

**Hours, Pay and Benefits**:

- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
