Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Foods department in Ulverston/Lancaster/Kendal.

About the Role:

As a Team Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales and commerciality within your store. You'll lead a team of colleagues, helping them develop their skills and capabilities to deliver first-class customer service.

You'll work closely with other teams to implement a continuous improvement mentality, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our targets.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable with data-driven decision making, can juggle multiple priorities, and has excellent communication skills.
