**Customer Experience Specialist** - _**Kia Genius (Technology Advisor)**_

**About the Role**:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role within our dealership, offering a warm and engaging first point of contact for all our customers interested in our EV range. Whether they step into our showroom or reach out digitally, your goal will be to make their experience seamless, informative, and enjoyable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage Warmly with Customers: Offer a friendly greeting and engaging presence, whether in person in our showroom or through digital communication channels.
- Understand Customer Needs: Listen attentively to customers to fully grasp their requirements, queries, and desires regarding eco-friendly vehicle ownership.
- Promote Our Brand and Products: Be an advocate for our range of EV vehicles, explaining their features, benefits, and the technology behind them in an accessible and compelling manner.
- Advise on Kia EV Car Ownership: Guide customers through the nuances of owning an eco vehicle, including information on EV grants, charging solutions, and the advantages of regenerative braking.
- Represent Our Dealership: Participate in off-site events as a proud ambassador, showcasing our commitment to sustainable transportation, innovation and design.
- Continuous Learning: Commit to enhancing your product knowledge and customer service skills through both online and in-person training programs.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Conduct thorough product presentations, test drives, and vehicle handovers, ensuring each customer feels informed, valued, and excited about their purchase.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCSE grade C/4 in English, Mathematics.
- Passionate and practical knowledge of technology, and tech products such as smart phones and gadgets, as well as competencies in IT, Microsoft Office and websites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on product knowledge and eco vehicle industry trends.
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in customer service, sales, or related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings for special events.
