**About the role: 6 month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract**

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Individual Rights Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and managing individual rights requests. Previous experience of completing Individual Rights requests is preferable but full training will be provided.

- Knowledge of GDPR legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner.
- Strong accountability for workload with an honest and transparent work ethic.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Proactive and capable of working independently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise diverse tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated calm and resilience under pressure, particularly in challenging situations.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- A flexible team player who understands and respects confidentiality expectations.
- Previous experience in general office administration, preferably within an HR or Data Department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite (Intermediate Excel).
- Confidence in using IT systems.
