**Your new company**
Your new company is a public sector organisation based in Solihull. They now have an opening for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist Assistant Team Manager to work within their OT team with Solihull Citizens. The OT team are a dynamic anddeveloping service, with very dedicated staff and a directorate-recognition of the value of OT and would like to meet and talk with suitably qualified and experienced Occupational Therapists with social care and management experience.
**Your new role**
As an Occupational Therapist Assistant Team Manager, you will be part of an experienced and dedicated management team. In this role, you will ensure that the OT service is able to play a key role in promoting, supporting and enabling independence and maintaininghealth and wellbeing. You will be responsible in making sure that the OT staff have the necessary skills and support to enable them to provide high quality care and treatment. You will ensure the effective and consistent delivery of the Adult Social Care Offerto Solihull Citizens.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following:

- Diploma or BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- HCPC Registration
- Management experience or ideally a management qualification

We are interested in hearing from Occupational Therapists with experience in social care OT, and have a good knowledge of legislation, adaptations practice, equipment use and role, moving and handling practices but importantly, experience of managing a teamof diverse and differing-levels of expertise practitioners.
