Clinical Lead

**Salary**: £21.00 per hour (Equivalent to £45,864 per annum) - Highly Negotiable for the right Clinical Lead
Location: Kidderminster, West Midlands
Hours: full time
Time Recruitment are searching for an experienced Clinical Lead nurse to join the senior management team of a thriving, long standing care group that operates exclusively across West Midlands; with many homes in their portfolio and good CQC ratings across thegroup they are a reputable group to join
The nursing service is small in size and caters for 36 residents in total that have general nursing, physical disabilities and palliative care needs; your role as Clinical Lead nurse is to assist with the smooth running and day to day care co-ordination; thehome boasts an experienced nurse qualified home manager a deputy home manager and a vast; well trained clinical and support team; your role as RGN Clinical Lead will be to support up to 7 care assistants.
Your duties as Clinical Lead are as follows:

- Clinical governance and auditing
- Clinical support for the nursing and support staff
- Rota planning and supervisions
- Family and MDT liaison
- Care planning and medication rounds
- Auditing and quality assurance
