Project Scheduler/co-ordinator

To continue to meet the demands of our clients and to assist in our ongoing growth in the Multi-utility Industry, Phoenix Utilities are looking for a Multi Utility Project Scheduler/Co-Ordinator to join our Team.
Duties and Responsibilites:
- Taking all information from Managers checkers to the job suite master to **PDF**:
- Collate information, submit to SW and archive all Water testing from ML Water Solutions
- Assist when required - Create new project files for new jobs after handover, keep job list up to date
- Book site meetings with SW for the Construction Managers and FSO
- Assist when required - Submit completed RO's/FM144's with test certificates to Asset owners
- Generate job packs/cards/drawings etc. for subcontractor's works
- Oversee Planner
- Answer any incoming calls/queries
- Raise and submit variations when required
- Booking works from requests submitted by site/construction managers
- Order Gas service pipe and Gas boxes when required
- Assist with SW proforma's
- Keep on top of Enquiries mailbox
- Radar - whereabouts, etc.
- Make sure VO's are on and are being accepted
- Create team packs, drawings, FM144's/RO's, all method statements have been received, PU drawings have been generated (if required), Plant has been hired, highlighted photos have been provided for Mains lay, material orders are in tablet drive for packs and on schedule
- Assist when required - Respond to any paperwork queries Asset owners
- Prioritise your own workload with good communication skills including making outbound calls, attention to detail, and works well under pressure.
- The ability to use CRM programme
- Understanding of Multi Utility and Civils
- Identify and understand utility plans
