**Job Description**:
A brand new and exciting role to join a leading business in Tamworth - working Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700hrs with an hours lunch break
Full parking with kitchen facilities and a friendly team environment.
We are recruiting for an accomplished administrator to join immediate and work on a long term temp assignment with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.
Duties to include:
- Accurately enter customer orders onto the in-house ERP system
- Front line customer support, call handling, advising on product, price and availability
- Managing sales enquiries and queries
- Preparing orders for delivery with agreed delivery schedules and receiving goods in
- Support Stock control and audit checks
- Processing customer returns
- Maintain a good working relationship with all departments

To be a success you will need previous customer service experience in a customer supporting role, previous office administration experience, strong computer skills proficient with Microsoft Office software, SAP experience is advantageous
Strong communication and coordination skills, enabling clear and accurate delivery of information to customers
