**Overview of the vacancy**:
To provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the Funding Solutions Team, maintain and distribute stats and provide outstanding customer service.

** Duties for the position PART TIME Administrator**:

- Data input
- Creating & updating spreadsheets for monthly reports for the Director
- Issuing redemption figures
- Updating & distributing stats
- Post, filing, scanning and general administrion
- Stationary orders
- General administration
- Finance administration
- Raising and processing invoices
- Processing manual card payments
- Dispensation of monthly direct debits
- Land Registry registrations and searches
- Credit searches, Bankruptcy Searches & Authenticate searches
- Eshot maintenance

**Experience required for the position of Administrator**:

- Must have Maths & English GCSE or equivilant
- Organised with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- Computer literate with great working knowledge of Word & Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and stay focused on targets
- Delivers outstanding customer service
- Team player capable of working on their own initiative
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A positive attitude with a ' can do approach'
- Maintain good record keeping

**Working hours and Benefits package**:
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm with ½ hour for lunch - Could be flexible on hours but EVERY day must be worked.
