**About the role**:
You will be responsible for coaching our talented and ambitious 16-18 year olds students in fulfilling their dreams to become an professional rugby player and reaching their elite goals.

You will support the head coach in delivering innovative, yet structured training in-line with the programme, ensuring all students have to opportunity to progress and develop their skills and encouraging them to achieve excellent results.

You will support the students through the full education, offering pastoral support and guidance as and when required.

This post is available from August 2024 until July 2025 on a part time basis, working 24 hours per week (0.55 FTE). The role will be based at our Harcourt Hill campus in Oxford.

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**

In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will demonstrate the ability to engage and develop students and role model the attributes that we develop within our learners.
