**Responsibilities**:
- Unlocking the insight potential of our data by championing a step change in data fluency and confidence within our organisation- Coaching role: listening, understanding, guiding, developing, advising, mentoring, and collaborating.- Assessing needs, planning and delivering a data and analytics development path for our business line-
- Creating/adapting, maintaining and delivering engaging content for our stakeholders**Requirements**:
- Analytics skills and experience Possess extensive experience in data analysis, for example in statistical modelling, data mining techniques, business intelligence, product analytics or marketing analytics- Coaching/presentation or Learning and Development experience in (around?) data or analytics- Have an excellent sense of mature judgement, great organizational, prioritization skills, be pro-active and action biased- Able to work independently and be resilient to overcoming obstacles- Have knowledge of peer-review and the academic publishing process
