This is an administrative role proving Risk Support to our CCO First Line Risk Team, reporting to the CCO First Line Risk Manager.

You will provide support across many different business areas within CCO including Distribution, Marketing, Product and Commercial Lending.

This is a hybrid working position where the successful applicant will be required to work from our Head Office in Carlisle as required.

**Main responsibilities include**
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring systems are in place to maximise efficiency including arranging and organising stakeholder meetings and co-ordinating follow on actions.
- Maintaining action tracking processes ensuring that information is up to date and readily accessible.
- Be responsible for producing the monthly and quarterly reporting and working to deadlines
- To analyse data to identify trends and produce reports with recommendations on your analysis
- Supporting the ongoing use of our risk management system across the CCO area including triage of risk events
- Providing administrative support to the Vulnerable Customer Team

- The ability to coordinate plans and reports from a number of different teams/individuals and track progress.

- The ability to collect, analyse and interpret data
- Advanced Excel skills
