Parts Administrator

We are recruiting for a Parts Administrator / Stores Administrator to join a successful manufacturing company in the Brighouse area. This is a permanent role (following 3 months probation).
Salary is based on £22,000 per year (£11.39 per hour)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5.00pm (2.30pm finish on Fridays)
This role will be mainly based in the office, but will also involve liaising with the Production Team / Stores Department on the shop floor to check supplies. As this is a manufacturing environment, you will be expected to deal with people on all levels from Production to Management.
- Previous experience as an Administrator for an Engineering, Manufacturing, similar company.
- Experience as a Parts Coordinator / Stores Administrator / Parts Administrator wold be advantageous.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, and SAP (Desirable)
- The successful person will be self-motivated, highly organised, and have good people skills
- Strong administration experience that includes accurate data entry
- Ability to prioritise, and good organisation skills
- Confident, but friendly personality
- Happy to work in a manufacturing / production company
This would suit an experienced administrator from an Engineering or Manufacturing environment, e.g. Purchasing Administrator / Parts/Sales Administrator / Sales Order Processor / Customer Service Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator / Admin Assistant / Office Administrator / etc.
