**Job Description**:
Giving a high quality professional service to our customers shows them how much we value them. As a Car Jockey Supervisor you will make that all important first and last impression on our customers as they arrive at and leave the casino.

The purpose of the role is:

- To support with the smooth running of the Central Car hub provision across the London region, in order to meet the demand and expectations of our customers and unit’s
- Supervising the Car Jockey team, you will ensure that all customer needs are catered for when travelling between the London Grosvenor units, with the provision of a chauffeur service where required
- To collect, park and return cars to the club entrance as required and to help ensure the security of vehicles belonging to people who are present in the unit

You will;
- Be responsible for the supervision and organisation of the car jockey team
- Be committed to providing the highest level of customer service ensuring your department is always cleaned and maintained.
- Organise the team to chauffeur customers when required using company vehicles
- Ensure the team respond quickly and efficiently to club calls for the chauffeur vehicles
- Work with managers and 3rd party suppliers to ensure full service delivery to all venues within the region, when required
- Ensure that cars, including those parked on customers behalf are parked in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure that a personable and courteous manner is extended to members and guests at all times
- To be aware of and assess customer service needs and ensure they are attended to via the deployment of the car jockey team

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Previous experience as a chauffeur or driver
- Knowledge of the local area
- A desire to offer the very best in customer service, even in challenging conditions
- Experience of working in a 24 hour, 7 days a week operation, where customers are at the heart of the business (preferred)

Additional Information

This is a full time position (40 hours per week) and it will involve a mixture of shift patterns including nights & weekends.
