Maintenance Supervisor
Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 8am - 4pm (40 hours) + overtime
Location: London
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Hard FM and Reactive maintenance team on the TfL Transport contract.
- Previous Team Leadership or Supervisory experience
- Proven building maintenance knowledge
- 18th Edition + NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
- Experience of managing performance, monitoring compliance and engaging with end-client
- Full - UK Driver’s License (no more than 6 points)
**Salary**: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
