**Responsibilities**:

- Review and advise customer on orders and deliveries
- Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities and activities to existing customers
- Acquire and maintain knowledge on brands and products
- Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers
- Manage and resolve any issues that may arise with customers
- Produce correspondence to required time-frames for key accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager

**Working Hours**:

- Full Time
- Maximum 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, between 8.00am - 4.30pm
- Please note; the start date for this role is Monday 6th March 2023

**Remuneration**:

- Negotiable based on experience
- 28 days annual leave, based on a 40 hour contract, including bank holidays
- Free onsite parking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From £21,673.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
