We are looking for a **Junior Wedding and Events Co-ordinator** to join our team at **Kilnwick Percy Resort **in**_ _**Pocklington, Yorkshire. **_Great competitive rate of pay_

This is a **permanent **position to work **full time** hours. This will be to work 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.

**About The Role**

The successful Junior Wedding and Events Co-ordinator will
- Work closely with the Wedding and Events Co-ordinator.
- Liaise with any potential clients looking to book a wedding or an event.
- Answer any queries and provide information about event packages.
- Complete administration work.
- Keep in contact with organisers of booked events to ensure all details are covered.
- Be present on the day of an event to ensure the day runs smoothly.
- Help organise relevant parts of the event including waiting on staff, catering and greeting.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. Excellent customer service skills. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the resort.

- Right to Live and work in the UK Excellent customer service and strong communication

**Desired Criteria**
- A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
- Events management experience is desirable
