**Customer Service Agent**
**Full time** - 40hrs per week
**Salary** - £22,750 increasing to £25,000 after probation.
Bonus
**Remote role**
X2 weeks training at head office - Worsley, Manchester
**Customer Services**
Positively manage existing customer enquiries and issues, to ensure first step resolution where possible.
Have a proactive and consistent approach to dealing with customer queries to actively maximize all opportunities to protect and increase revenue for the company.
Actively engage with all team competitions and incentives, to drive personal and team goals.
Provide feedback on the impact of changes to Process to the CC Manager
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, in accordance with the Customer Service Charter, and drive positive Google reviews.
Deal effectively with any customer complaints and resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer or escalate to the CC Manager where necessary.
