Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Organise and conduct property viewings for potential buyers
- Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately for the market
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage a pipeline of sales and progress them through to completion
- Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions
- Stay updated on market trends and property values

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proven experience as an Estate Agent is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
