Job Overview:
Dental Facial Artisan is a forward thinking, fully private dental clinic that will be based in Ellenbrook at the heart of Worsley Village. We are looking to employ an experienced, motivated, and hardworking dental receptionist who is keen to be a part of our elite team offering a great welcome patient experience.

As a **Receptionist** at Dental Facial Artisan, you’ll benefit from exceptional development and opportunities and an experienced practice team around you - all in an environment built to help you succeed and feel comfortable coming to work.

Dental Receptionists work on the ‘front line’ of dental practices. You will be booking in new patients, greeting visitors, sorting out appointments and undertaking other non-clinical and administrative tasks.

The duties and responsibilities of the role include:

- Friendly and welcoming
- Checking in patients, booking future appointments.
- Organised at completing reception and administration tasks.
- Communication with dentists and hygienist
- Dealing with phone calls from patients with a calm and friendly manner
- Sending out reminders to patients for routine check-ups or further dental treatment
- Using a computerised SOE Exact diary system to book, move and cancel appointments.
- General administration tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing and sorting/filing/sending forms.
- Handling payment from patients (cash, card).
- Signing up Denplan/finance for patients

Previous experience working in a dental practice is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£12.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Valid GDC registration (preferred)

Work Location: In person
