Professional Gardener

Location: Market Drayton, Shropshire

Transport: Full driving license required

Hours of work: Full time, 8am til 5pm

Experience: A proven record of carrying out Gardening to a high standard.

The role:
As a gardener you should be knowledgeable not only about shrubs and trees but also lawn care and associated jobs.

What we require from you:

- Full driving licence
- Trailer license (preferable)
- Enjoy working outside in all weathers.
- Be physically fit.
- Reliability
- Good time management.
- Good motivational skills and thoroughness.
- Basic general plant knowledge.
- Be able to work to deadlines.
- Must have practical experience within a similar role - including mowing, strimming and hedge cutting to a high standard.
- Work to a high standard
- Be attentive to detail
- Effective communication skills with other members of staff and customers.
- A good knowledge of Health and Safety with respects gardening and landscaping.
- Be keen to look for opportunities to increase knowledge
- Always look for ways to exceed a customer’s expectations
- Ensure customers’ requirements are met
- Treat everyone with respect
- Be honest and open with colleagues and customers
- Eagerness to progress up the career ladder.
- Pa1 and pa6 spraying cert

We are a team providing our services across, Shropshire and Staffordshire to an excellent standard.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,205.00-£26,520.00 per year
