We are pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity to join the senior management team within acute therapy services at the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Allied Health Professional to join our dynamic and passionate leadership team.

Accountable to the Deputy Director of Operations Therapies and Clinical Psychology (DDO), the Inpatient Therapy Service Lead is responsible for the professional leadership, development, and people management of the multi-professional inpatient therapy workforce. They will ensure the provision of high quality, efficient, evidence based and clinically effective therapy practice across all services and will be responsible for the operational and financial management and performance of inpatient therapies.

As part of the Directorate Senior Management Team, you will function effectively as the voice for inpatient therapy services and be an excellent communicator who can influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation and with system partners. You will be experienced in service development and change management and have a passion for innovation and transformational change.
