**Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker for Young People (Aged 16-25)**

**Essential**:

- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and use initiative in highly demanding situations.
- To be able to work unsociable hours, including weekends, sleep & waking nights as required on a rota basis.
- Previous experience in a relevant care setting.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role which will require physical intervention.
- Positive attitude to constructive criticism and development and willingness to learn from colleagues and progression.

**Desirable**:

- Awareness of child protection & safeguarding.
- Basic knowledge of CQC & Ofsted regulations.
- Experience of working with individuals with developmental disorders and mental health issues.
- Full UK driving licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,840.00-£32,920.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
