Beautiful Betsy Limited is a growing online retail business and this is an excellent opportunity to play a part in shaping the future of how we get things done.

This key role will be to act as first point of contact to clients and will involve daily interaction with colleagues and clients, dealing with all queries quickly and efficiently and carrying out all administration tasks accurately. Mon - Fri, 10am - 1pm but some flexibility around working hours is possible.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Primary point of contact for resources and information by BB Advisers and Salons
- Arrange events and liaise directly with Advisers, Clients and Venues.
- Organise the necessary information for on boarding of Contractors, Advisers & Salons
- Data Entry for Book Keeping Software
- Monitor and respond to Social Media
- Carry out specific projects and research for the Managing Director as required and act as her personal assistant
- General administration

**Skills and Experience**
- Able to demonstrate business awareness, good communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to interact effectively, courteously and professionally both with clients and colleagues.
- Good IT skills, Ability to learn new software,Data Entry
- Excellent organisational skills demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks and the ability to prioritise workflow to meet tight and conflicting deadlines. Strong decision making, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle confidential information discreetly. Ability to use tact, diplomacy and discretion when undertaking the duties of the post.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
