We are seeking an experienced professional to join our church family and support the life of the church.

Life Church Bath is an active, growing Christian community, holding large Sunday morning services with various meetings and activities throughout the week. We meet in our large heritage building in the centre of Bath, which also operates as a theatre-style live music venue.

This interesting, varied and challenging role requires an individual with a heart for church life, a broad skill set ranging from office administration and practical skills to the support of ministry staff. Experience of working in the complex compliance areas of Safeguarding, Human Resources and Data Protection would be a distinct advantage.

A key part of this role will be linking together various aspects of church life, including meeting and diary co-ordination, administrative support to our senior church leadership and providing a focal point for church communications, both internal and external. Capable ‘on the ground’ leadership of volunteer teams on rota systems for services and church events will also be a key requirement.
