We're looking for an experienced Business Manager to join an established business services organisation in Milton Keynes.
Our client is one of the fastest-growing Managed Service providers in the UK, specialising in the procurement of temporary, interim, and permanent staffing. They use a single platform to orchestrate the recruitment which means greater control, compliance andvisibility of recruitment and spend for their customers.
As Business Manager, your role will be to optimise revenue generation from core contracts and to ensure that the customer is receiving the maximum commercial benefit from the services that our client provides.
Business Managers must also gain maximum contract duration achieving contract extensions with all Clients. This role requires the individual to be able to create excellent working relationships at all levels of the client's life cycle through training, support,and guidance and possess an engaging manner.
Although this is a home-based role, there will be an expectation to visit clients nationally as well as attend the Head Office twice a month in Milton Keynes.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management
- Primary point of contact for all strategic/operational support
- Responsible for fulfilment and ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are met
- Developing and maintaining client relationships with hiring managers and contract managers
Revenue Management
- Responsible for turnover and net profits of accounts
- Managing off-contract spend/ non-usage of the system
- Managing the introduction of new spend categories
Reporting
- Producing comprehensive management information
- Delivering formal presentations to senior-level clients, Senior Management Team and the Board of Directors
- Undertaking client-facing business reviews
- Preparing and reporting monthly budgets and forecasts
- Preparing ad-hoc reports as requested
Up-selling
- Keeping clients informed of additional service offerings
- Working alongside Sales and other colleagues to identify additional opportunities
Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone who is highly personable with excellent communication skills. You'll have experience in relationship management within the Private Sector and be solution orientated with sound judgement and decision-making ability.
In addition, you'll ideally be:

- Highly analytical, with a proven ability to interpret a set of figures and create a key account/action plan to optimise
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel, working off spreadsheets and creating charts to emphasise the commercial position
- Required to articulate the data drawn from spreadsheets and internal systems in such a way as to tell the client a story that is factually correct and compelling
- Show judgement that can be trusted to deliver the right results
- Able to influence client and supplier behaviour whilst maximising profitability
- Flexible and adaptable
