**Employer description**:
This business specializes in signage, printing and engraving services, offering packages such construction site signage, car wrapping services, branding advice and much more. Based in Glasgow, they have worked with Balfour Beatty, Chisholm Hunter and Top Golf Since 2020 the business has developed as demand in the industry grows and because of this they are keen to nurture an apprentice into this environment with a desire to do well.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to gain experience in a small business and achieve a long-term future in Marketing and Digital Signage. It’s an enjoyable and varied role, being the first point of contact for all marketing campaigns and working alongside the directors to grow and develop your skills This is an entry-level role but a pivotal one, as you have the opportunity to grow as the business does

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the company’s social media campaigns
- Managing the website via Wordpress
- Keeping up with the SEO requirements
- Using Google analytics to understand campaigns
- Generating strong leads for the sales team
- Support wider team with administrative support and campaign duties
- Assisting with the manufacture and finishing of signage from first contact, design to product completion
- Overseeing laser engraver machinery

**Desirable skills**:

- Good knowledge of Office 365, Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good relationship building skills
- A good team player, who can work to deadlines
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Passion for customer service

**Salary**:
£14,000 per annum

**Working hours**:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

**Benefits**:

- No weekends

- 3pm finish on Fridays
- Varied tasks everyday

**Future prospects**:
A full time role on completion of the apprenticeship with the opportunity to grow and develop your role across a variety of departments.

Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work. They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
