**What you’ll be doing**:
At Slough Borough Council we want to improve relationships between residents and the council.
In the Complaints, Casework and FOI team, you will provide council-wide effective administrative support including processing all relevant enquiries; making sure departments respond on time, appropriately and clearly. and action taken to put things right and prevent molehills becoming mountains.
You will work with officers and councillors in all departments and at all levels, collaborating and coordinating responses, learning and actions to be taken to put things right and prevent molehills becoming mountains.
