At Ecophon we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Administrator, in order to provide administration support to our sales team in Tadley.

Ecophon has business units in 20 countries, delegations in another 30 countries worldwide, and approximately 1100 employees. Ecophon is part of the global Saint-Gobain Group. Saint-Gobain Ecophon develops, manufactures, and markets acoustic products and systems that contribute to a good working environment by enhancing peoples’ wellbeing and performance.

**What you will be doing**:
Our sites are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.
- Support the back office of the Order/Sales process
- Processing Orders
- Arranging orders and shipping goods out of the site

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive person who enjoys working as part of a team, whilst also being able to manage your own workload.

Full training is being offered for this role. The only essential requirements are that you hold a Full UK Driving License and that you show a keen desire to learn and develop into the role.
