Duties:

- Answering phone calls and taking messages with proper phone etiquette
- Typing and preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
- Performing general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed

As this job is a PA to a sales Dairector, Your role will be to assist with all the sales processes in the company, From cold calling to appointment setting to presentations and contract signing.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

Note: Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
