As a Call Centre Agent at multi-award-winning law firm, Mortimer Clarke Solicitors, you will be having conversations with people to help them resolve their outstanding debt. You’ll be based at our offices in Worthing town centre.

In this rewarding role we’ll support you to use your expertise and commitment to customer service in helping our customers. Your role will involve you:

- Tailoring affordable repayment plans to help our customers improve their financial situation.
- Handling inbound and dialler based outbound calls.
- Providing exceptional customer service on the telephone.
- Working to targets and internal quality standards.

To support you with this, our comprehensive five-week office-based induction means you will spend time learning how to use our systems and deal with our customers. We’ll make sure you’re fully prepared to speak to customers once you’ve hit the required quality.

After training you’ll move into our weekly shift patterns to support our customers when they need us. You’ll work an early week between 8am and 4.15pm, a week between 9:30am to 5pm, a late week between 12pm and 8pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm, a total of 40 hours per week.
