**We are an award-winning heating company in South London and have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Customer Care Coordinator to join our growing, friendly team to support our customer care and daily operations.**

This is a full-time office role that requires strong organisational skills with a great customer care persona and excellent customer service manner. We’re looking for a professional with experience in an office environment role.

Excellent IT/ Microsoft Office skills are a must, with a proactive approach towards ensuring the smooth running of our customer care & office operations.

We’re a premium, award-winning heating services provider and experience in the domestic gas heating industry or a similar trade environment would be preferrable.
- Excellent skills in building relationships with customers
- Great experience in customer care, preferably within the domestic gas heating or trade industries
- Experience in office administration
- A strong desire to help people
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in using job management / scheduling software
- A focused, motivated persona, with a can-do outlook
- Ability to multi-task in a pressured environment
- Organised, with strong attention to detail
- High work ethic with professional and personal integrity
- Open-minded and flexible

**Role summary**:

- Successfully book appointments with customers by building value on our company whilst ensuring confidence in our brand
- Support the Customer Care manager and the directors with sales and with managing the company's daily operations, including the operational schedule of the company
- Coordinating the services department with all service, repair and maintenance bookings
- Use of our project management software for data entry, bookings, and other processes required for our daily operations
- Support with managing supplier accounts and Purchase Orders (receipts and reconciliations)
- Support with managing general office administration and handling of day-to-day admin duties
- Successfully manage customer invoices & payments (including billing, facilitating customer payments, tracking of expenses, etc..)
- Supporting the onsite engineer teams with incoming requests and information

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
