An exciting opportunity has arisen with a new build leader, the Customer Care Manager and the team are well known for their excellent customer support. The Customer Care Manager will lead the customer experience team and assist with pre completion inspections, customer communications, completions, handovers, home demonstrations and deal with snag and defect management. This is a great role for someone who has managed a Customer Care team in a Property / New Homes environment. Working closely with purchasers or other agents providing the best level of customer experience liaising with contractors on snags and defects, ensuring that service level agreements are met.

Customer Care Manager is responsible for providing a high quality, customer focused and value for money property repairs and maintenance service that ensures compliance with all legislation and regulations. About You : You will have experience of leading a team of technical operatives to deliver an excellent service within repairs & voids management and of managing an annual budget and delivering value for money You will be able to demonstrate your ability in delivering effective management within property maintenance and refurbishment and of supervising or managing maintenance work undertaken by external contractors. You will have the ability to support technical, operational and administrative teams in relation to property maintenance and of inspecting and managing works, within budgets, ensuring commercial viability, and high product quality.
