The Living Well Programme (LWP) team run self-management courses for adults living with long-term health conditions. We are looking for a part-time Coordinator to join our small and dynamic team, to assist with the organisation, promotion and development of our online and community courses. This role can be based in our Horsham or Brighton office.

The post holder will be responsible for the coordination, organisation and promotion of LWP courses, both online and in the community. They will engage and manage all enquiries and bookings for self-management courses, as well as assisting in the recruitment and support of volunteer tutors.

Assist in the ongoing development of the service and course delivery.

Good organisational and communication skills are essential, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Teams.

Able to travel around West Sussex, Brighton & Hove as required.

Coordinating the organising and delivery of the LWP course in designated areas of West Sussex, Brighton & Hove: Promoting courses, booking venues, providing course information to participants, volunteer tutors and other interested parties

Dealing sensitively and appropriately with enquiries from patients, carers, health professionals and external organisations
