**Events Organiser**
- Are you the Events Organiser extraordinaire that thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating multiple events at once that will help us make ‘London Reloaded’?_

Joining its older siblings in Milan, Berlin, Rotterdam, Marseille, Amsterdam, nhow London is one of the archetypal youngest sibling: loud, lively and loved. In case you didn’t know about us (what?), NH Hotel Group, part of Minor Hotels, operates almost 400 hotels with around 60,000 rooms in 26 countries across Europe, America and Africa.

We have an amazing meeting and events facilities at nhow London and we looking for someone who can be in charge of making those events successful. You will be part of a busy but friendly sales team. You will have hotel experience, preferably in Sales, Front Desk or F&B.

**Our Events Organiser will**:

- Co-ordinating details when event is confirmed
- Process Rooming list and payments
- Conducting site inspections
- Preparing and chairing Function Sheet meeting with relevant Heads of Department
- Sending pro-forma invoices and final bills
- Enquiry handling of social events
- Corresponding with clients and obtaining feedbacks after the events

**Knowledge and skills**
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Friendly and positive with a flexible approach and ability to work under pressure.
- A true team player.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- A great communicator as you will liase with clients and Heads of Department.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Knowledge of other languages is a great plus
