Contractor Resourcer Planner

We are seeking a skilled Contractor Resource Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Contractor Resource Planner, you will play a vital role in coordinating resources to ensure timely project delivery and optimal utilization of manpower. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to allocate resources efficiently, manage schedules, and address any resource-related issues that may arise.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain resource allocation plans based on project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers to understand project scope, timelines, and resource needs.
- Identify and onboard qualified contractors and subcontractors as needed to fulfill project requirements.
- Monitor resource utilization and availability to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
- Proactively identify resource constraints and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on resource allocation and resolve any conflicts or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of resource allocation, availability, and utilization.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize resource planning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in resource planning, project management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
