We are recruiting for an experienced individual with a mature outlook for the role of**Voids coordinator support officer**within a housing department in a public sector organisation.

The main duties of the role include;
- Maintenance of records, processing invoices, statistical returns, management information, maintaining databases and on occasion, diary management.
- Through the use of Excel, identify and challenge areas of poor performance and where necessary reporting serious concerns to line management.
- Prepare basic written correspondence such as meeting agendas, minutes, memos, letters and reports within timescales and booking meetings requested by line manager.
- Maintain and update office support systems both manually and computerised, proofing basic information and figures against source data.
- Record keeping, filing and data entry
- responsibility and placing orders for goods and services working in accordance with company procedures and financial regulations with an awareness of cost and budget implications.
- Handling telephone and face to face enquiries acting as an advocate for customers in solving their query.
- Ensure office space is maintained to a high standard.
- Ensuring to comply with GDPR at all times.
- Making outbound calls to facilitate collection of information on tenants and service users in relation to their satisfaction with services received by Home Improvement Team.
