**Responsibilities**:Lead and work collaboratively with the care team to deliver excellent quality, person-centred care to all residentsEnrich the lives of residents through the organisation and delivery of activitiesProactively encourage and develop team membersEnsure all documentation is completed in line with Home proceduresAssist inducting new team members into their role and the HomeAdvocate and promote the company mission, vision and valuesSupporting the nursing team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
