So, what are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an People Team Assistant to join our People & Culture team, reporting to one of the business partners and working closely with the rest of the team. You will be the first point of contact for our colleagues across multiple business areas ensuring an accurate, friendly approach supporting our ‘best company to work for’ approach to all things people & culture.
We really want some one with People or HR experience, so qualified up to CIPD Level 3 or equivalent to that in working experience would be great, as we are more than willing to put the right person through any apprenticeships or development required or desired. Although we are looking for experience within a people environment, anyone who has a background or exposure to Learning and Development would be ideal, however, that isn’t essential.
Obviously, we want someone who is People/ HR obsessed; with an ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain close to detail, working to resolves issues quickly and smoothly.
**What will you be doing?**
As part of your role with us, you will help us to realise our goal of **_becoming_** _the most successful and trusted partner of choice, leading in the transformation of land and property._*
You will Manage and maintain our people & culture system **‘Bob’** and handle any People related administration and coordination tasks such as full employee lifecycle, learning & development, recruitment and onboarding and recognition and reward
You’ll supporting the People & Culture Business Partners with administration activities such as report writing, organisation of diaries, booking of training, whilst providing accurate and timely management information, and ensuring compliance with company processes, data protection requirements and best practice with regard to maintenance of people systems and records.
Finally, you will support the wider people team on a variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement activity.
